EthOss in Socket Preservation?
Our case involved FDI 13 extracted, the thin ankylosed buccal plate came out with the root, and the whole socket and buccal defect was packed with Ethoss. How long do we need to wait after socket preservation with EthOss before placing the implant fixture?
EthOss is a 100% synthetic graft material. There’s no human or animal content. Its built-in calcium sulphate binder helps stabilise the graft and prevent soft tissue ingress, eliminating the need for an added collagen membrane. Learn More

You have a Hard Tissue defect meaning you seek bone regeneration not preservation.
If you have sufficient bone for primary stability you could place and simultaneously graft?
Mechanically stable putties and cements containing resorbable BTCP are excellent and require a healing time c 12 - 16 weeks dependant on defect, patient and surgical factors not mentioned here.

Thank you for input.
Already packed the socket and buccal defect after extraction of tooth. Will wait before fixture placement.

Key for this type of protocol is:
-Graft that is mechanically stable and self supportive
-Full resorption.
-Closure by secondary intention using a cross stitch supported by a sacrificial material like a collagen sponge.
several matching graft materials are available according to your (Regulatory)region.
