All-on-4 and NobelGuide – A Clinical Case Presentation

This 59-year-old female patient presented with a “terminal dentition”, having only one tooth remaining in each jaw (a maxillary canine and a mandibular premolar). After clinical and radiographic examination, as well as taking into consideration the patient’s wishes, a treatment plan was formulated. This consisted of extracting the remaining teeth and rehabilitating both jaws utilizing the All-on-4TM and NobelGuideTMconcepts.

This video presents the surgery performed to rehabilitate the lower jaw and includes images of the initial and final OPG, as well as the surgical plan that was created with the NobelGuideTM Software.

Though simultaneous rehabilitation of both the maxilla and the mandible was presented, the patient opted for a staged approach, and therefore the upper and lower jaw surgeries were not performed on the same day.
