All on 4 Technique: Minimum Implant diameter?
The All-on-4 implant technique was originally used with Nobel Biocare implant fixtures. It has since been adapted to other implant systems. What is the minimum implant fixture diameter that can be used with this technique? Does it differ for different implant systems or different implant design features?

Minimum Implant diameter for All -On -4 or for that matter any screw retained Bridge is 3.3 mm . It is so because angled multiunit abutments are not available for implants below this diameter.

What if implants are all vertical and parallel , a-p spread 10 mm

If you do not need angled multiunit abutments and the implants are perfectly parallel with good a-p spread ,I think any suitable available Implant fixture Diameter can be used

I think the most Important thing to notice is patient Musculature, the more strong the patient is the more implants & for that matter implants with increased diameter you need

Yes, I think facial type, dolio, meso, etc, and bone quality are important. I guess a general rule would be as wide as possible in relationship to ridge width without creating a situation where the resulting in an abutment width that does not compromise the thickness of the restorative materials, acrylics and teeth.
