Can anyone identify these shoulder abutments?
This patient presented with a mandibular overdenture with 4 Locator attachments soldered to an infrastructure. The Locator attachments are worn down and are no longer retentive. I could unscrew the infrastructure from the shoulder abutments but was not able to remove the one-piece shoulder abutment. I need to identify them in order to purchase the appropriate torque wrench in order to unscrew the shoulder abutments.

can you send a picture of the screw since the screw head on the locator is a triangle and I can email you a picture of the driver that will fit. typically there are four different drivers for abutments- nobel/unigrip/star driver, straumann torx driver, 1.25/.050 internal hex/zimmer/biohorizons/astra/ab/mis/alpha bio, and .048 hex for 3i.

Try this website. It's great to find your implant. Good luck.

This does not help to identify . A periapical would be much more useful for this identification , as well as macro photography .
