Guide fabrication for immediate implant placement?
I am a dentist in India providing guided surgery solutions. I am using BlueSkyBio Guided Implant Planner Software to prepare surgical guides for osteotomy. I have been turning down many patients because they want implants placed immediately after extractions. Is it possible to use surgical guides to place implants immediately after extractions? What are your recommendations?

It’s possible. Generally not too hard to okace them immediately without a guide in the premolars area especially. Anterior and some molars would require more experience. It’s good to learn to place implants by hand so that you are not screwed if the guide isn’t right. For example, if you find a limited opening situation etc
