Need to replace abutment and crown but unsure of implant system?

I need to replace the abutment and crown on #10 [maxillary left lateral incisor; 22]. Does anyone know what implant system this is? I have not been able to identify it, so I’m not sure how to proceed. Any thoughts if I can’t identify the implant system?

You do not say why you need to replace both the abutment and crown. If all is stable and it is purely an esthetic concern, might I suggest prepping the entire abutment/crown system for another full restoration? At the very least, "prep off" the crown and see if you can get at the screw that is retaining the abutment and perhaps you'll get lucky and it'll be a universal type. Your lab can then make a custom abutment if you can figure the implant system out via the abutment which may yield more clues. Good luck!

If you are replacing the abutments due to loosening doing the same thing that failed once may fail again. In my opinion the implants are to narrow for the load placed upon the narrow abutment/implant junction. Before you attempt to salvage this case you would be advised to tell the patient that the implants may need to be replaced. Greg Steiner Steiner Laboratories

Look like Straumann bone levels. Caution my friend. I think the implants are fine. Can the patient not retrieve the information from where they were done ? Why do u need to change the crowns. Discussion without requisites is pointless.

I don't think that they are Straumann.

You do not tell why you have to replace the abutment? Why not just replace the crown?

Why do you wish to replace the abutment and crown on 22 ? The implant appears well integrated, there doesn't seem to be any spaces indicating a loose screw. Is it an aesthetic problem - porcelain fracture or such? The implants resemble the British Intoss 3.5mm, though there are some dissimilarities at the coronal end. I disagree with Dr Steiner that the implants are too narrow. I like narrow anterior implants, especially when placed as immediates, as they allow for bone infill labially, reducing labial bone resorption. Load can be handled by adjusting the occlusion. I can see little reason to even contemplate replacing these implants (remember that only one is in some sort of trouble).
