Nice case........ a suggestion to avoid future problems with individual cement retained implant crowns.....the abutment is secured to the implant and held stable by a screw...and screws do tend to loosen with time......difficult to remove a cemented crown from a moving abutment.....
Suggestion.... In a case such as this one, it would be wise to join crowns together.... not necessary to join all four together, but two and two would be fine...... because firstly they support each other and will prevent rotation should screws start to loosen, and should a pair of crowns need to be removed, it is a simple matter to place a crown and bridge remover hook under the joint and gently tap them off...... hopefully the cement used was not a hard cement, but a temporary type.

FOLLOW UP TO THE ABOVE COMMENTS:-
In this case should an individual crown become loose......it is a simple matter to place a stainless steel Tofflemire Matrix band around the crown, tighten the band, and use a spring loaded crown and bridge remover to gently break the cement bond and tap it off.
I published an article entitled " BAILOUT PROCEDURE FOR CEMTN RETAINED IMPLANT SUPPORTED CROWNS" in Implant News &Views a while back which can be retrieved by contacting the editor Dr. Keith Rossein.
