Can regular dentures be converted into implant supported dentures?
I am beside myself. From the day my regular dentures were put in and after only one adjustment, I told my dentist I did not like the way. The dentist would not fix them anymore and did not know what else to do. Can I switch regular dentures to implant supported dentures? what are my options?

Hi, It may definitely be possible to convert an existing denture to an implant supported denture. The existing denture must be well constructed, if it is not then the conversion will not be possible. The denture can be evaluated at an initial consult appointment. For more information on full arch implant supported options view my video at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f2QLIDHf_t4&feature=related
Hope this helpful, regards,

Dentures often cause many problems for patients. It would be generally better to create a new denture supported by dental implants that are conected together by a bar. That gives the best stability. Better yet is a non removable option of a hybrid bridge. Check out www.prettaubridge.com for a great alternativeDr. Michael Tischler

I have 10 implants 4 on bottom & 6 on top that support removable dentures. They were placed in 2011. . Can these existing implants be used to create the all on 4 or all on 6 ?
A dentist in Las Vegas wants to remove all exiting implants and put four new implants for the all on 4 technique. I am sceptical and very concerned about removing implants and having 4 new. Why cant my existing implants be used as support with additional implants if needed?
I’m terrified of the risks involved and the scam artist dentists who have no care other than making money. I spent 24,000 on the wrong dentist the first time. I did everything he suggested including removing 20 viable teeth. and I ended up with a nightmare.
I sincerely appreciate your reply.
