REVOIS All-in-One Dental Implant System Discussion
This week, we’re opening up a discussion thread on the REVOIS Dental Implant System, from RIEMSER.
The REVOIS All-in-One system is a self-contained, modular titanium implants system. All components are interchangable and coordinated to achieve maximum precision with a minimum number of parts. The REVOIS implant system incorporates platform switching.
Key features include:
- *More bone and soft tissue growth by platform switching and special abutment design.
- *Innovative snap-on tool: safe transfer, high precision impression, base for provisional crown and final restoration
- *Platform-switching and special abutment design
- *High primary stability by progressive thread merging into fine thread = excellent aesthetics and long term stability
- *One prosthetic line and one abutment for all implant diameters
- *Universal abutment: transfer, impression, provisional and final abutment
- *Few parts, easy handling, low investment = ideal time and cost management
REVOIS Implants are offered in three different diameters with four different lengths. The matching cover screws and abutments are color-coded for ease of application. The surgical tray is also color coded to match the screws and abutments.
Has anybody used the REVOIS Implant system? What are your thoughts and feedback?

I have been using Revois for the past several months and am very happy with the system. The decrease in inventory is very nice. The one size platform and the all in one packaging makes not having the right impression coping a thing of the past. I find the bone healing is great and surgical kit comes with prosthetic components

I have been using Revois Implants for over two years. Revois has a very stable, platform-switched abutment system. I often place them sub-crestal, the bone level is staying after two years in function. The drill system is outstanding; the final drills are reamers/compactors. The precise drill system results in outstanding insertion torque. Give them a try and see what you think; I'm sure that they will work with you on a trial surgery. r/Bill

I started using the Revois implant system this year and it is just a very nice simple clean system. The surgical protocol is simple to follow. The drills are sharp. And the implants have a great "bite" as you place it into the surgical site. In the last few months I have been restoring them and the impression taking is straight forward. Having one platform makes life easier for me and my tech. and the cost is competitive.
Bravo Riemser! You got a great system.

What more can i say, beyond what already has been said by the reviewers before me on this topic. We use multiple systems in our practice depending on the system the referal source likes and is used to for restoring the implants. That said, i've been using the Revois system for our home grown cases for the past several months and have been recommending the system to my referrals because it is one of the easiest systems to use. The learning curve is minimal and almost nonexistant for more experienced practitioners. The list of impression and prosthetic components for inventory is very small compared to some other systems and the components are interchangable between different platform sizes. That really helps out in our practice because we don't have to keep a lot of product in stock. Surgically and Prosthetically, the system is not any more complex to use than the least complicated system i've ever used. The only thing I would like the Riemser company to consider is to introduce a 3.0 - 3.5 mm diameter implant in a length that is 7 mm for those severely resorbed locator or ball overdenture cases. OVERALL a 2 thumbs up for the system.

Pankaj,
An associate of mine tried Revois last year as free samples. You may want to look at Implant Direct's 3.2mm implant for the indications you seek. They call it Legacy 3. Best of luck to you .
