Can I Go for Single Molar Replacement on either side?
This is a case for mandibular molar replacements on either side, by Ankylos 3.5mm, as bone width is restrictive. Second molar can’t be replaced due to less restorative space. Thoughts?

Please provide more information – eg 3D radiographs. If you are asking advice about bone width, then we need to be able to see what the clinical situation is.
Also you mention second molars do not have enough space. Surely there is enough distal space so I presume you are indicating the OVD is minimal. Please clarify. At a glance there would seem to be enough OVD but more information is required.

If you intend to graft the site, consider using that extracted Molar to convert it into Dentin Graft. Optimal for these type of cases. The dentin graft will ankylose and regenerate bone very quickly. Will work with immediate or delayed implant placement.

Prosthetically because of whats above it in the maxilla IMHO you need two implants bilaterally and i would splint them on each side

I don't worry about second molar implants

Need more information for sure and cursory look seems increase in OVD would be warranted with mandibular reconstruction

not enough info but I agree with Greg. I like two splinted implants in this situation

On the little info we have I would have to say a single 3.5mm implant would likely fail (occlusion trauma , fracture etc) Ideally 2 implants splinted will help however a wider implant splinted would be my go to.
